Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all
all our items. 
All of our products are handmade and
because of the nature of leather and other natural
materials we use makes each product one of a kind.

KIKILOU wants you to love and to be completely
satisfied with your purchase. If you decide that you
are not happy with your order, we will gladly accept
returns or exchanges on all items that have not been
worn, altered or washed and have all the original tags
and accessories attached.

In the interest of quality, we ask that you try on your
product inside in a clean area only until you are sure
you will be keeping it. If you return any items bearing
any signs of wear, we will send it back to you at your
cost.

Please note that no exchanges can be made on
custom orders. All sales are FINAL.

Exchanges and refunds must be made within 5 business
days of receiving your order. Please contact customer
service at [email protected] to arrange for a Return
Authorization number that must be included on the
return package. Unidentified returns will be returned
to the sender.

Please pack your return in protective packaging for
shipment. We recommend that you insure your package
and use a shipper that allows you to track your package,
as we are not responsible for delayed, damaged or lost
packages in transit.

If you have a special situation and feel you may need
an extension to return your item/s, please contact
[email protected] to discuss the details of your situation.

EXCHANGE POLICY

You must contact us prior to shipment for an exchange.
Exchanges must be made within 5 days of receipt of
merchandise and must be in the original condition to
be eligible for an exchange. Please note that an exchange
applies only once per order.

We would recommend that you contact customer service
prior to returning your item for exchange. This will
allow you to check that the exchange item is available
and arrange it for delivery.

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the
buyer.

RETURN POLICY

Please note that returns are subject to a 10% restocking
fee that will be deducted from the cost of the item.
This is to cover administration fees charged by third
party software to handle the initial charge and reversal
charge for the item. Thank you for understanding and
supporting a small business.

Refunds will be issued in the same form utilized for
payment. Shipping fees are not refundable. The balance
will be refunded within 5 business days from receiving
of the returned item/s. If your order has been sent to
a destination within Illinois, all sales taxes will be
refunded. Unfortunately on international sales, customs
duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the
buyer.
